Cooking guidelines
Barbecue - From Chilled. 1 Pre-heat your BBQ to a high heat (250°C or more) and oil clean grates to prevent from sticking.
2 Remove from packaging and place the Bacon Chop on the hottest part of your BBQ and cook for 5 minutes.
3 Flip occasionally and let meat develop a nice char on either side.
4 Remove from the BBQ and leave the meat to rest for a minute or two for maximum texture and flavour.; Cooking Instructions - General. Serve and enjoy with favourite sides. We think it's best as a big sharing feast alongside our full BBQ range.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat your oven to 200°C, remove the Bacon Chop from packaging and place on a baking tray.
Cook in the oven for 15 minutes, flipping half way.
