History
The old vines and exceptional location are within the most prestigious appellations of Mendoza: Tupungato and La Consulta.
Regional Information
In Argentina, the wine regions are of continental climate, where the main influence comes from the Andes rather than the ocean. Irrigation by the numerous rivers that carry water from the Andes makes the region fertile and rich. The vineyards are located at 1,200 meters elevation in the Valle de Uco, Tupungato-Mendoza.

Vinification Details
The grapes are hand harvested with yields of seven tons per hectare. This Chardonnay is fermented in stainless steel vessels to capture the aromatics and bright fruit flavours at a low temperature. Once the final blend is done, the wine stays in contact with fresh and light toast French staves oak for 5 months.
