Recipes
Chicken Chow Mein (Serves 2)
2 nests of Blue Dragon Fine Egg Noodles cooked according to instructions
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Blue Dragon Chow Mein Stir Fry Sauce
400g Chicken breasts, sliced
2-3 Spring onions, sliced
A handful of mushrooms
A handful of beansprouts
To cook your noodles:
Bring a pan of water to the boil then remove from the heat, alternatively boil some water using a kettle then pour into a pan.
Drop the noodle nests into the boiled water and soak for 4-5 minutes, stir frequently to separate noodles.
Drain and serve immediately or add to stir fry.
