How to use
Three easy steps, to healthy teeth & gums:
1. Brush well with fluoride toothpaste, at least twice a day, for two minutes.
2. Clean between your teeth with interdental brushes or floss at least once a day.
3. Freshen and protect your mouth with mouthwash at other times of the day.
Children of 6 years and younger: use a pea sized amount for supervised brushing to minimise swallowing.

Keep out of the reach of children. In case of intake of fluoride from other sources consult a dentist or doctor.
