Soak and rinse thoroughly before first use. Ramer® sponges harden as they dry, and will regain their full softness in warm water (max 400c) Fully soften before re-use. Apply your favourite body wash, soap or gel and gently massage on your skin in circular movements. After use rinse and dry naturally.
