Boots Silicone Nipple Shields: Breastfeeding Relief

Our silicone nipple shields are for use during breastfeeding. They reduce discomfort from sore or cracked nipples. The cutaway profile helps tomaintain skin-to-skin contact with the baby. The pack includes two nipple shields and a sterilisable storage case.

To use, moisten the edges of the nipple shield with lukewarm water, this will help prevent it from moving. Turn the nipple shield inside out and smooth it onto your breast, so the tip of your nipple fits into the nipple of the shield. The nipple shield should now be tight against your breast with your nipple extending into the tip. Express some milk into the tip of the nipple shield to encourage your baby to latch on. Sterilise the nipple shields thoroughly using the sterilising case. Wash thoroughly after every use and before first use. Sterilize the nipple shields before each use by your normal method or boil in water for 10 minutes

Check carefully before and after usage. Check if product is broken or damaged before usage. Keep out reach of children when not in use. Do not allow your children to play with this product. Never use as soother. If product gets damaged, please discontinue use.
