How to brew loose leaf tea
let the whole rolled leaves do their thing. The best cups of tea are all about the perfect ratio of leaf to water, temperature and brewing time.
1 Scoop of tea per 400ml*
100 boiling water is spot on
3-5 minutes brewing time
* If you don't have one of our scoops, about 2 tsps of tea should do it.
Brewing Tip
Brewing this one is all about finding just how you like it. Try brewing for 3-4 minutes black, or 4-5 minutes with milk. Your tea will start tasting bitter if its left to brew for too long so if you fancy a stronger cup, add some more tea leaves.
Pair CO2 Decaffienated with salted caramel popcorn. The saltiness works wonders with the fruity notes.
