Preparation and Usage
For use as an attractive decoration, place on icing just before it sets and on ice cream and desserts just before serving.

Crispy Rice Squares
Ingredients
30g (1 1/4oz) Butter or Margarine
100g (3 1/2oz) Heart Marshmallows
75g (2 1/2oz) Crispy Rice Cereal
1/2 tsp Natural Vanilla Extract
Method
Melt butter over a low heat.
Gradually add heart marshmallows stirring continuously until fully melted.
Remove from heat and stir in natural vanilla extract and crispy rice cereal.
Press into a greased 20cm (8 inch) square dish and place into refrigerator to set.
Once cool cut into squares and serve.
