Forest Feast Berries & Cherries can be enjoyed as an authentic dried fruit snack or as an inspiring ingredient.
Berries and Cherries in Red Wine (Serves 4)
Boil 180mls red wine (or cranberry juice) with 2 tbsps caster sugar, 4 drops vanilla extract, juice of 1 large orange and 1/2 a lemon. After 5 mins, reduce temperature, add 170g Forest Feast Berries & Cherries, simmer for 10 mins. Remove from heat & rest for 15 mins. Serve warm over ice cream.

Create Black Forest Cookies
Preheat the oven to 190C / 170C fan and lightly oil 3 baking trays. Cream 110g butter, 75g caster sugar & 50g muscovado sugar together. Mix in 1 medium egg & 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Fold in 125g plain flour, 25g cocoa powder & 1 tsp baking powder. Add 100g of Berries & Cherries & 150g of chopped dark chocolate. Spoon onto trays and bake for 12-17 mins.
