How to use
Stir the contents of jar using a plastic spoon, put required amount into a clean bowl. Serve at room temperature or stand in hot water to warm. If using a microwave, take care. Always check temperature before feeding. If feeding directly from the jar, any remaining food at the end of the meal must be discarded. Never reheat baby foods. Replace cap after use, keep refrigerated, use within 24 hours.
