Spicy Mapo Tofu (Serve 2)
Stir-fry 90g minced pork in 1 tbsp oil for 2 mins, then add in 300g cubed firm tofu, 1-2 tbsp Sichuan style hot & spicy stir-fry sauce, 1 tsp sugar. Simmer in medium heat for 8 mins or until tofu is thoroughly heated, sprinkle in sliced spring onion, add serve. (For even better taste, pre-marinate pork with 1 tbsp oyster sauce).
