Marinate 150 g 5 oz pork tenderloin pieces with 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp beaten egg. Dust with corn starch and pan-fry in oil until golden yellow and done. Drain. Saute 50 g 2 oz bell pepper and 50 g 2 oz slices canned pineapple in 1 tbsp oil. Add pork, 4 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sweet & Sour Sauce and heat through.
