Instructions
Boil - From Ambient. Mashed Potatoes
10-15 mins
Peel and cut into 3 evenly sized pieces. Boil until tender. Mash with olive oil and season to taste.; Cooking Instructions - General. For best results oven.
Do not reheat.; Oven cook - From Ambient. Roast Potatoes
Electric 220C, Fan 200C, Gas 7, 25-35 mins
Preheat oven. Peel (or leave skin on) and cut into evenly sized pieces. Place in a roasting dish. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon (15ml) olive oil.
Jacket Potatoes
Electric 220C, Fan 200C, Gas 7, 45-60 mins
Preheat oven. Pierce several times. Place directly on the oven shelf.
Cook until tender.

Easy Cajun-spiced Sweet Potato Wedges
Serves 4
10 mins to prepare
20 mins to cook
Ingredients
3 sweet potatoes, washed
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp Cajun seasoning
Slice each sweet potato in half lengthways and then each into 3 to make wedges.
Mix the oil and Cajun seasoning in a small bowl.
Brush the mixture over the flesh of the sweet potatoes.
Place the sweet potatoes into a roasting tray and bake for 15-20 mins.
Serve with soured cream or tzatziki.
