500g chicken thighs, bonelwss and skinless
1 tbsp oil
1 bottle of Honey & Chipotle Marinade
Method
Preheat oven to 200C/Fan 180C/ Gas 5. 1. Evenly coat the chicken with 1/2 bottle of marinade and marinate for a minimum of 30 mins. 2. Place on a baking tray in the middle of the preheated oven for 30-35 mins until cooked. 3. Once the chicken is cooked slice & stir to ensure coated in the sauce.
Do not reheat.
