For best results, follow our 28 Day Face Programme! This daily calendar will guide you through your first 28 days of treatments. When your 28 days have finished, maintain the results by using FIRM Mode at least once a week and TONE mode 1-3 times a week. COOL mode can be used daily, as required. Repeat over the each section 2 more times ( so you’re doing 3 'reps' in total) The whole face should take 10-15 minus TONE Ensure your face is clean + makeup free Apply a generous layer of superconductive gel Select FIRM mode and choose your setting - always start at level 1 and work your way up Glide FaceRocket® gently until you hear the beep (5 seconds), then repeat over the same area 2 more times (3 'reps' in total) Repeat and work your way around the whole face COOL Ensure your face is clean + makeup free Select COOL mode and choose your setting: Cryotherapy + Green LED Light Therapy only. Cooling mode does not require pre-application of any product however, for best results, apply a generous layer of a nourishing serum such as Hyaluronic Acid or Vitamin C (not included) to help FaceRocket® to glide and to hydrate your skin. This is optional. Glide FaceRocket® gently until you hear the beep (5 seconds) and work your way around the whole face, focusing on any areas that need de-puffing or soothing.
