Create a marinadePatak's Curry Pastes make excellent marinades, used on their own or blended 50-50 with plain yoghurt. Marinate meat then bake, BBQ or grill.It is important that this product is not consumed uncooked.

Shopping List1 onion2cm piece of ginger4 chicken breasts200g chopped tomatoes400ml coconut milkFresh corianderComforting Chicken Curry for 41 Fry diced onion in 3 tbsp of oil until soft. Add the finely chopped ginger with 1/2 a jar of spice paste and sizzle to release flavours. Cook for 2 Mins, add 50ml water and cook until evaporated.2 Add diced chicken and sear, then loosen with the tomatoes and ripple through the coconut milk. Simmer uncovered for 15 Mins until the chicken is cooked through. Garnish with fresh coriander to serve.Try with 1/2 a cauliflower cut into florets and add 1 diced courgette to the simmering sauce.
