Tasty Chicken Tikka for 4
1 Mix together a 1/4 of a jar of spice paste with natural yogurt. Coat the diced chicken and place in the fridge for a few hours or leave overnight for a fuller flavour.
2 Place on a foil lined tray and grill for 15 mins turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
Try with 1/2 a butternut squash and a handful of diced peppers.
