Preparation Guidelines:
Preheat oven to 180°C/Fan 160°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4
Empty the cookie mix in to a large bowl and add 50g of softened unsalted butter and 1 tbsp (15ml) water.
Mix well until the mixture forms a soft dough.
Divide the dough into 6 pieces, rolling each piece in to a ball.
Place on a greased baking tray, press each ball down gently to form cookies, ensure they are 5cm apart.
Bake for 10-12 minutes; remove from the oven and leave to cool on the baking tray for 5 minutes.
Remove the cookies from the baking tray and cool on a wire rack.
For 12 mini cookies, divide the dough into 12 pieces and reduce the baking time to 8-10 minutes.
