Description
This is a set of 6 card cone party hats with white elastic loop. The card had comes flat, with the elastic loop attached - and is printed like a christmas tree. There is a separate star which can be attached to the top of the tree by sliding into the slot in the card hat. Double sides adhesive tape can be applied to hold the star in an upright position.
