Cooking instructions: Hob
Before cooking: Allow 75g of rice per person. Bring a large pan of water to the boil. Add salt if desired. Add rice to the pan and stir. During cooking: Return to medium heat and simmer for 12 - 15 minutes. After cooking: Drain well and serve. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
