use: Wellness Solutions Sleep Mist 100ml - Spritz lightly over the skin or pillow. Allow the mist to settle and then climb into bed. Wellness Solutions De-stress Body Lotion 75ml - Massage generously into skin. Wellness Solutions Salt Scrub 60g - Massage on to wet skin and rinse off. For a more intensive result massage on to dry skin before stepping into a warm bath or shower to wash away the salts. |
