Oven cook - From Chilled. Remove from all packaging before cooking and place on a baking tray in the centre of pre-heated oven. The following are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary. For fan-assisted and combination ovens, refer to manufacturer's handbook. Oven cook for 35-40 minutes 190C/375F/Gas mark 5. No need to wash raw poultry before cooking.
