"The One" is a singular blend of grain and malt Scotch whiskies with The Lakes Single Malt at its heart. Non-chill filtered for a richer mouth feel and fuller flavour, with only the natural colour derived from the oak casks in every bottle. All perfect served with a quality mixer.
The One Port Cask Finished – Nose : Stone fruits, ripe cherries, plums, gentle spice and wood smoke. Palate : Full-bodied and smoky, with ripe cherries and plums, leading to hints of nutmeg and black pepper. Finish : Long, warming and smoky, with a layer of cherry and plum.
The One Sherry Cask Finished : Nose : Gentle Peat smoke, treacle toffee and dried fruit . Palate : Dark chocolate, orange oil and wood smoke. Finish : Lingering smoke and dried fruit richness.
