Preparation
Boil: From Ambient
Put 475ml of water into a large pan. Bring to a boil, then add the noodles and stir.
When water comes to a rapid boil, decrease heat and continue to simmer for 6-7 minutes or until tender.
Place in a colander and rinse thoroughly with cold water. After rinsing, drain completely.
Serve in a soup or with a main dish.
