Preparation and Usage
"How to assemble and take apart Elvie Catch
Before assembly, ensure the Cup and Skirt are completely dry - if there are water droplets in the groove of the Skirt, tapping the Skirt against a hard surface can help dislodge them.
To assemble, push the Cup into the groove on the Skirt. Make sure it is pushed into place all the way around.
After use, once you've carefully decanted your milk, take Elvie Catch apart by peeling back the Skirt from the Cup.
How to fit Elvie Catch onto your breast
Place Elvie Catch into your nursing bra, so it’s securely held in place. Make sure your nipple is centered in the Nipple Hole. The uniquely shaped silicone skirts can be rotated to find your best fit.
Ensure the Skirt does not get caught beneath the band of your bra to avoid the Cup and Skirt being pulled apart during use.
How to clean and sterilize Elvie Catch
Before you use Elvie Catch for the first time:
Sterilise it in boiling water for five minutes. Elvie Catch is also suitable for microwave, steam, or cold water sterilising methods.
After first use:
After every use of Elvie Catch wash it with clean, soapy water before rinsing thoroughly. Alternatively, you can place Elvie Catch on the top shelf of the dishwasher. Elvie Catch will need to be sterilised once a day.
