Keep in a cool dark place
For boiling: Place in a pan with just enough water to cover, and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer until tender (about 15-20 minutes). Drain and serve. For steaming: Place in a steamer, cover until tender (about 15-20 minutes) and serve.
